The dried chips are sent to the screw extruder for heating and melting to form a uniform melt. After melt pre-filtration, the melt enters the spinning die head and is evenly distributed by the spinning assembly to form multiple continuous melt streams. After leaving the spinneret, these streams are stretched and lengthened by high-speed hot air flow or mechanical devices while cooling in the air to form ultrafine fibers. These fibers are then collected on the condensation curtain and reinforced by self-bonding or hot rolling to eventually form PET spunbonded non-woven fabrics.
